Buying handmade items can come with questions, especially when purchasing online. Below I've included a list of some posssible questions and answers. If this list doesn't resolve your question or concern, please feel free to reach out to me directly.

Is my piece dishwasher safe?

All pieces except those with gold luster can safely go in the dishwasher, though to give your pottery the longest life possible hand washing is recommended.

Can I put my pottery in the microwave?

Yes! As long as your piece does not have gold luster on it (Real gold finish) or a metal knob, everything is microwave safe.

My item arrived damaged, now what?

If you receive your item damaged you will be offered a refund or replacement. Damage replacement requires that I be notified within three days of receipt. NOTE: You must take pictures of the item AND the box as these are required for insurance purposes. I may send you a label to send the item back to me if there are expensive parts that can be salvaged. Without pictures and the possibility of sending the item back I will be unable to refund. (Don't throw the item OR THE BOX away until we can speak and see what our options are.)

My item isn't here yet...

Though so far all of our shipments have been on time USPS has been experiencing delays due to the current Covid19 epidemic (especially internationally). I do watch shipping times and try to reach out to customers to make sure things arrived on time. If your having trouble please feel free to contact me so we can track your parcel down together.

My item shows delivered but I don't have it.

Unfortunately I cannot be responsible for stolen packages. If your parcel is lost in the mail we do have insurance to cover this, but if it is marked as delivered it is now out of my hands. Please keep track of your delivery date so as to guard your parcel from porch pirates.

How often do you update the shop?

I usually have "shop drops" on a monthly basis, though exact scheduling and proucts within these updates vary due to the time required to make items. The best way to find out about shop updates and what will be in them is to sign up for our email list.

The item i want is sold out.

Because the pieces I make are one of a kind, you may see something from my instagram or other socail media that's already been sold. Though I dont do custom orders at this time, if you wish for a previous item or style to make a come back let me know! Your feedback helps me understand what I should make more of for the next update!
